Baker McKenzie has achieved Mansfield Certification Plus status globally for the third consecutive year in honour of its ongoing inclusion and diversity efforts. The certification was presented by The Diversity Lab, an incubator for innovative ideas and solutions that boost diversity and inclusion in law.
The Mansfield Rule Certification recognizes firms that affirmatively consider at least 30% women, lawyers of color, LGBTQ+, and/ or differently-abled lawyers for recruitment, governance roles, equity partner promotions, and inclusion in formal pitch presentations to clients. The “Plus” status recognizes that, in addition to meeting Certification requirements, the Firm has achieved at least 30% diversity in a notable number of current leadership positions and committees. Baker McKenzie’s North America Leadership team has exceeded the Diversity Lab’s 30% target.
