Stephanie is the first female managing partner of the Toronto office. “I’m really humbled and honoured to be nominated managing partner of the Toronto office,” she shared. “It puts a lot of pressure and responsibility on me, but I think it is a testament to what Baker Mckenzie is all about. We don’t just talk the talk, but we walk the walk. There is a significant push toward diversity and inclusion in our firm globally and I think the fact they have made me the first women – particularly so early in my career as a principal – is a testament to the fact that we truly support women.”
